The ZENA Algae Peel is a medium-depth resurfacing treatment, often referred to as "liquid Microneedling". It is a 100% organic peel made from high quality algae from the lakes of western Europe. The effectiveness of this peel stems from its special physical characteristics; the unique organic material contain a needle-like structure called spicules, which meticulously target your skin concerns.


These pinpoint spicules penetrate deeply into the skin, creating micro-channels similar to Microneedling. This stimulates skin regeneration in the dermis and activates the skin’s natural cellular turnover process to resurface and improve skin condition within 7-10 days.

Important Information

  • Redness, sensitivity, and tightness are common during healing

  • Best performed in a series for scarring, pigmentation, or acne correction

  • Recommended sessions vary per client but treatments can be done on 4-6 week intervals

  • All active ingredients such as AHA's, BHA's, Retinol, physical scrubs and exfoliants must be discontinued 7 days prior.

  • Any prescription acids must be discontinued 3 weeks prior
